Cancellation / Refund policy

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

We proudly announce that we are preparing a HYBRID conference, which can bring a global audience and a smaller, personally assembled international group together!

Meaning that you can attend both ONLINE and LIVE in Budapest.

Joining Live you will have access to the evening programs, gatherings and workshops as well, while joining Online holds the possibility to attend all presentations, to ask questions at the Q&As and to receive the recordings included in a Media Box afterwards.

Only the minority (max.15%) of our presenters will use the option and go online, others are still planning to attend live, so we`ll have a good balance.

We are glad to offer the double organisation and can exchange your live ticket prior to the conference to an online ticket.

We are also supporting all travelers with a business invitation, meaning to ensure less restrictions under any circumstances, however Hungary is starting the school year now with confidence and the vaccination rate is high.

All conference cancellation requests must be received in writing.

If your written cancellation is received between July 15 – September 15, 2021, you will receive a 50% refund of your conference registration fee.

No refunds will be granted to registrants whose cancellation requests are received after September 15, 2021.

If a conference registrant is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to another person through October 12, 2021.

Please email info@icct2021.com for details.
